GSU men's basketball opened the 2024 Tip-Off Classic with a 91-70 win over East-West University Friday night in the ARC. - Williiam Penn beat IU Kokomo in game 1, 87-64.
Four players scored in double figures for the winners led by Jaguars' Kevin Vance double-double with 13 points, 11 rebounds.
Vincent Mayes 14, Tyrell Isom 12, and Vincent Davis 10 scored in doubles for GovState (1-1, in 2024).
