Men's Volleyball Sweeps St. Ambrose, First-Year Program Now 14-4, Five-Match Florida Trip This Week

GovState first-year men's volleyball team continues to shine with a home court sweep over St. Ambrose University Saturday in the ARC winning 25-16, 25-15, 26-24.

The Jaguars (14-4) were led by senior Pedro Castillo with 11 kills, 3 blocks and Diego Antunez 9 kills.

Pedro Oliveira contributed 5 blocks and Lucas Lapa had 27 assists for the winners.

Governors State University plays in Orlando, Florida next week with five matches on the trip March 5-8. Calling all GSU Florida alumni in the Orlando area - come out and see the exciting men's volleyball team.
